Who We Are

Founded and led by military veterans and first responders, VEXSL brings over a century of military structure and combat experience into disaster management and public safety. Our team has served on the front lines—both in combat and in at all levels of domestic and international disaster management and response, affording our team the expertise and understanding of challenges commonly faced by all involved in disaster readiness, response and recovery, and focus on developing real-world, mission-critical solutions. CEO Cole Fouillard, a Canadian Forces combat veteran having served with the 2nd Battalion princess Patricia's Canadian Light Infantry and the Loyal Edmonton Regiment, has experience in overseas military deployments, domestic disaster logistics deployments and Oil & Gas operations, leads VEXSL with a vision of industry-disrupting innovation.
